Event Week Schedule

During HUMAN FIT, you will have the opportunity to meet your favorite Coaches, talk to likeminded individuals, and take part in as many workouts as you'd like. Take a look at the schedule and plan ahead to make the most of this year's experience.

MAY 20

Arrival night. Free night.

MAY 21

  • 8 am Check-In: Visit the HUMAN FIT booth to check-in and collect your swag bag

  • 9am-10:30am: Coach Fabio Zonin takes us through a Barbell training session

  • 11am-12:30pm: Coach Alberto Gallazzi leads us in a Clubbell workout

  • 5pm Speakers Corner:  Get a chance to hear from Alberto Gallazzi, Fabio Zonin, Aileen McCann, as they speak on the industry through their perspectives.

  • 8pm: BBQ Party! Come hang out with the team and enjoy great food and live music! 

MAY 22

  • 9am-10:30am: DAY 2 with Coach Fabio Zonin training with Barbells

  • 11am-12:30pm DAY 2 with Coach Alberto Gallazzi training with Clubbells

  • 5pm Speakers Corner: Hear from Coaches Junior Leoso, Mallory Gaston, & George Anthony, as they share insight on their careers and the fitness industry

  • 6pm-8pm:  Barbell Competition! Its time to compete! You will have a chance to see how you stack up against the rest of our friends in Vieste!

  • Free Night: After the competition, you are free to explore the town.

MAY 23

  • 9am-10:30am: Coach Nicola Pinna leads the Animal Flow training

  • 11am-12:30pm: Coach Jarrod Cardona teaches the art of Kettlebell Flow

  • 5pm Speakers Corner: Hear from Coach Francesca and Jared Cardona on their experience in the industry.

  • 8pm FARM DINNER: This is a wonderful opportunity to sit and share a beautiful meal in a beautiful place. Make sure to book your reservation with Carrie at the HUMAN FIT BOOTH upon arrival

  • 9am-10:30am: Coach Davide Colella leads us through his ZERO RM workout pt 1

  • 11am-12:30pm: Coach Jared Thomas teaches us the Mace Flow pt 1

  • 2 pm-3pm: Coach Davide Colella leads us through his ZERO RM workout pt 2

  • 3:30pm-4:30pm: Coach Jared Thomas teaches us the Mace Flow pt 2

  • 8pm Luau: Come enjoy a fun play on a Hawaiian Luau. Bring your flower lei

MAY 26

  • 9am-Sunset: HUMAN FIT TEST DAY! A day dedicated to everyone who has taken part. Challenge yourself in the Stand Up Paddle board (SUP) race. Or check out all of the vendor products to see. There will be product and training demos too.
